Bf2 has ~1.5 million sold copies, and about 200 people continually bitch about it in these forums, you do the maths on how many people are happy with the game
As for SF how many complaints here so far?? 20?? 30?? and do any of them have any relevance except the EA downloaders?? problem? and how many copies you think they have sold?
I expect the only people really "boycotting" the expansion are the children that have to wait till Xmas day to get their copy
Luckilly for us EA will own everything some day so we wont have to put up with the whiners forever as they will obviously give up gaming the day that EA publishes everything. I hope you dont own HL or HL2 since August as im sure your aware EA now owns there asses as well
Only if theres something wrong with it, not that they didnt program a game specifically for him and him alone. I am sure eveyone will agree that the vast majority of players (99%) are very happy with both the original game and the expansion.
Plus of course i dont think he did buy it, i hope not anyway as it seems that all the sensible players might be playing SF if it really is true that all the haters will boycott the expansion ( i doubt it but it would be great for the few hundreds haters to be seperated from the hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers :)
I still don't have it, nor do I have intentions to do so. With the behavior on the SF forum here, I'm even more compelled NOT to get it as vanilla BF2 had a high enough density of irrational people, seems SF has even more. (not to mention I modded in the SF weapons they gave us vanilla BF2 people in the patch...I'm not amazed in the least, very disappointing guns I say)

Considering people in the SF forums continue making threads such as these saying everyone who said they weren't getting it did, I do believe I have every right to correct that since I was being addressed with "everyone who said they weren't getting it".
