Errr, I understood that once the servers were patched, SF users could play alongside BF2 users but as soon as a SF map came up, the BF2 user would be disconnected.

There are 240 SF servers running at the moment and all have BF2 maps running.

The expansion pack is not meant to s=lit the community apart but allow both BF2 and SF players to play on the same servers with the basic BF2 maps. As soon as the server loads up a SF map then the BF2 players get kicked.

I just patched my BF:2 with the new 1.1 patch to test this.

But those arent SF servers. They are vanilla BF2 servers patched to 1.12.

There are 340 patched servers at the moment.
All the SF ones are running SF maps and the BF2 are running BF2 maps.
