Unable to log in to downloader

    Unable to log in to downloader

    When I run the downloader program, I can input my name and password, but the 'log in' button does not work at all. I had alot of hassle getting pc to accept activex too. What the hell is wrong?

      Can you try using both IE and Firefox?

          Installed Firefox, still the downloader log in button fails to work. How the hell am I supposed to download SF? Or is this a waste of my money. If I dont get a solution soon I may as well pirate it, and buy copy from shop for the key, then return it saying it doesnt work.
          Not something I want to do. But i'm not giving EA my cash for this piece of **** downloader
