Actually, it's the first verse of the Air Force hymn. The (first verse) of the navy hymn is this:
Eternal Father, strong to save,
Who's arm hath bound the restless wave.
Who bidst the mighty ocean deep
Its own appointed limits keep.
'O hear us when we cry to thee,
For those in peril on the sea.

And, just for clarification, this is NOT my pic. I wish I could say it was, it's pretty funny. But I think credit goes to Talus (sp?) for this pic.
