its called create an ISO image out of the 1st bf2 disk and then mount it with daemon tools

How can i unlock the weapons without having to play forever and only unlocking one at a time... is there a patch i can inject?

You can not. The only way to unlock weapons is via playing and earning points.

You can test the unlocks on some unranked servers though like here :
