Connection with server lost?

hi guys, well i have only just got BF2, and from wat i can tell seems like a cool game, the game works perfect in one player but as soon as i join a server, after a cppl of mins the games exits to menu saying "connection to server lost" anyone else had this problem? and does anyone know wat to do? i have 4mb cable connection so it should be fine?
i tried more than 10 diiffernt servers and kept getting same problem?
