I have BF2 and have been playing under my account name of "so2315". Today my 5 year old son came down and tried to play the game. Somehow he put sepn in front of so2315 and now when in a game it shows my nickname as "sepn so2315". How could he of have added this without me losing my rank? How can I try to get rid of this? I retrieve my account and just use so2315 and it will come back, but once in the game this sepan shows up in front of my nick name.

hehe not too old at all. They added the text box for a prefix in in the last patch, so when you get to the log in screen to connect. It has a textbox right at the top where you can add a prefix, it was added in as support for clans mainly.
If you're like me, who just clicks connect without looking, you'd never notice. The only way I knew it was there was from reading the patch release notes.Comment

My son has done this before as well, he is only 4 but amazes me in what he can manage to do on my pc. Often Ill be like "How the hell?" I guess its just a case of little eyes see the bigger picture :)Comment

Hehe:) My son can fly a chopper better than me at times, but yeh its a case of monkey see monkey do. He even gets on ts and talks to the guys whilst he is playing. You know "a family that plays together stays together". Besides I get a buzz out of owning my hubby and my son gets a buzz out of intentionally shooting me when Im a squad leader. Its all good and makes for some interesting afternoonsComment

LMAO..sweet. I live in Port Stephens, NSW. East Coast of Oz about 2 hours north of Sydney, depends how fast you drive:). We are known as being the "home of koalas" we actually have the highest population in OZ and have some of the best beaches and state forests, great for camping or 4WDing, Ive seen. Me and the wife plan on coming back over in about 2-3 years. As we did the Sydney south tour on the last trip we are planning on going north of Sydney next time. Mt. Buller and Mansfield were OK, and the scenery on the Great Ocean Road was fantastic.
Will have to keep in touch, when do you normally play BF2? Do you play as MRS? My buddy in Mansfiled doesn't play this as Telstra doesn't have DSL where he lives, and he lags out constantly.
