i tested this myself and it worked:

1. download the file here -> http://files.filefront.com/Introbik/.../fileinfo.html
2. go to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Movies
3. if you have the file "Intro.bik" (from vanilla BF2) in the Movies folder, move it elsewhere (temporarily) or just rename it (again, temporarily)

4. put the file you downloaded there to replace the moved/renamed "Intro.bik"
5. load up vanilla BF2 and enjoy!

it's longer than the vanilla intro and a LOT cooler!

again, i tested this before writing this all up so you wouldn't reply here telling me it didn't work or it will not work. i tested it and it worked!
