Message from EA! Locking system up

So every time i start BF2 and i get onto the main menu, there is a window that says message from ea. With nothing in it. It used to have that BF2:SF info on preordering but now its just blank. IT is causing my game to lock up severly and i dont know what the hell to do. I have to do a hard reboot to get out of it.

I am not totally sure but I remember someone posting that you can change a line to mae the window disapear altogether

Everyone has the blank EA message. I kinda dount that it's your real problem.

Mine is blank now, game runs fine!

Its really weird.. sometimes it lets me do ctrl+alt+del and sometimes when i do it nothing happens... getting mad
