I don't understand the 1.5 multiplier on TK's though, seems like it should be at 2.
Anyway, I have read here before that the Command score is not factored into the Global, and believed that was the explanation for the descrepancy in my Global score.
Never really looked at it that closely before today.
Shouldn't you count TK's as x 4 and Team damage as x 2 and team vehicle damage x 1? If so, then Psycho's equation doesn't work quite right...
it is what i said and the amount taken off for a tk is either -4 or -8 so it will be very hard to get the exact number but if you do (No. of Tk's)x(6) you should get pretty close but it won't be exact because the number of people who have punished and the number of people who haven't won't be the same.

It just doesnt add up.
It adds up fine on mine, but you are never going to get an exact number unless you set there doing trial and error for ages.
If you want something that really doesn't add up go add up all your accuarcys for each gun and then divide it by the number of them and it will be completly different from that number.
However this maybe because they are taking bullets into account rather than jus percentages.

As I demonstrated in the previous equation... If I were penalized 1.5 points PER TK then I would be very close to the reported Global score (only 2 points different)
Lets look at it again, using your new equation, and pretending I have NEVER been punished (would be nice)
(Combat+Teamwork+Command) = 45,548
45,548 - 3,604 (901 TK's x 4) - 302 - 345 (vehicle & Team Damage) = 41,297.
My ACTUAL Global score is 43,551.
Using the equation provided by resident Genius "Psycho" & assuming I were never punished once, there is a grand total of 2,254 points that are not accounted for.

That's not right psycho. Yes, your full round score as a commander gets added to the global score and total commander score. But, at least before the 1.03 patch (I think it changed after that), every artillery kill gave you 2 points towards your global combat score, since it's just number of killsx2. That's why the numbers don't add up, because those commander kills aren't getting you any more global score (since you're a commander), but they were going into the combat score. Team kills are already factored into the Teamwork score. See my thread on this:

Your TK's and TVD's - scores are taken off your score in game, then the resulting score is sent at the end of the round, so I don't think tk's and tvd's are even accounted for in the global score, the deductions for the said are done before the final score for that round is sent to BFHQ. only that you tked or tvd is sent and how many times.

Maybe, that would make sense but you don't no it works like that.
I was just thinking that maybe if you didn't finish a round the the score isn't calucualted or something like that as that happens with badges.
You do know it works like that watch your score during the game, look at your score then suicide then look at your score again it will be -2, BFHQ recieves a snapshot at the end of the game as stated by EA offical so that must mean they recieve your score already minus the suicide etc, plain and simple.
