EA downloader problems!

I preordered from EA (mistake i know) and installed EA downloader, but when i try and run it i get a core.exe error, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Hmm, never heard of this problem yet but I'll ask around on some other forums to see if anyone can help.

JFI, core.exe is the actual EA Downloader.

sry for off topic: where did you actually download the EA Downloader...i looked at their site but i could not find anything ...

Me got same exact thing.. I tried everything even a reformat of that drive, i keep a clean comp, I got no clue...

You should be able to install bf2 on another comp where downloader works, then after you install x-pack move files over network or dvd..

This is what ea tech support came up with after they told me i was ****ed.. it should work if you can do something like that..
