Hmm, i always support the team with the uncappble probably. If it's mainly close quarters, i pick MEC, if it's long range, USMC, and if it's mixed, CHina. Although after u unlock weapons, picking teams should not be according to weapons unless you never use the unlock. I just always play on Karkand and PREFER USMC, but i won't like disconnect if i get on MEC or anything. I just play along.

They need to put in english voices but with a middle east accent so you can still tell if it's an enemy nearby

lmao, that's a good idea. altho it doesnt make sense that a bunch of MEC speak english when all of them know their own language.

Unfortunately, great infantry maps like Karkand and Mashtuur require alot more teamwork to pull off the win as MEC than USMC.

With much less blackhawk whoring, its not so bad for MEC on Mashtuur.

Yet it seems like I'm the only guy who ever races back to defend the main base on Karkand while noob pubbers are focussing on defending the first damn flag.

Karkand would be an AWESOME map if EA added a MEC uncap and a little more ground clutter and building access to curb tank rampages.

At this point, its too easy for a team to collapse on pub servers.

When the USMC collapses, they have THREE uncappable spawns to regroup from. You could be doing awesome as MEC, but if the guys on your team drop the ball, it can be over very soon.

I like the MEC mostly the guns seem better, I like the M24 though :).

Anywho I got the game yesterday, what do I need to get the unlocks I've got basics for all the kits except medic.

The ugns for mec are better except the M4 and M24. Well you can just unlock the G36C (which everyone has) and solve one problem, then get the m95 and solve the rest. The m16 sucks, while the AK101 kicks. The AT guns all suck, the mec s12k pwns the m11, and the mec knife has a higher refractive index.

I find USMC and MEC to be equally balanced usually, its just that I've already got my Navy Cross and I want the Golden Scimitar :P

I've never gave it much thought really. I just play on the team selected when I join and give my all. I guess thats why I loose so much, most are on the loosing team.

I don't care about stats and such, I just play to have fun no matter what team I'm on.

It's just a game, have fun:)

i second that. i hate playing as a team that can lose an airfield. it seems like the first thing the usmc does on dragon valley or kubra dam is go for the enemy airfield. once they lose that, they lose the majority of their vehicles (air support included) and it's a much easier win for usmc. for this reason, mashtuur seems to be one of the most balanced maps. both teams can lose all of the bases.

well I think all sides have their pro and cons. But I love choppers, and I must say taht the Mi-28 is a really powerfull machine. It's machinegun totally rules everyone other attack heli!
