Disabling onboard graphics cards!

Okay guys here's my status, Wensday I am to recieve in the mail from UPS
430W Thermaltake PSU
Jaton 7800GT
I have a T6520 Emachines, that has a ATI Radeon Xpress 200 onboard graphics card, my BIOS version is: Phoenix - Award BIOS v6.00PG.
In the BIOS section there isnt anything obvious that says "disable onboard video card", and I have looked high and low, I have however found the Initial boot for the video card wether its PCI or PCI/e. I also have seen in the Device Manager where I can disable the Xpress200 card. Does anyone know how with my bios version disable the onboard card as it is eating away at my RAM(should have 1024mb of RAM but due to the card its 894MB RAM). So I would like to know how to disable the card so I can install the 7800gt properly, and retrieve my other 130ish MB of ram. Do you guys think disabling in the device manager and booting to PCI/e first should od the trick? I have disabled the Xpress200 but it didnt stop using the 130mb of RAM but I am assuming it could be because of the lack of another card? Anyhelp would be much appreciated, Also I dont know my motherboard make and model to search if there is a Jumper setting or something on the MoBo. Any help much appreciated.

Your PC has an ATI RS480 motherboards. I'm pretty sure that when you plug in a card in the PCIe x16 slot it disables the onboard.

Lucky for you that you have the option to put in video card. Some motherboards don't and are stuck with a onboard VGA card.

Thanks do you know if there is a way to unlock my motherboard so I can overclock my RAM and Processor by some slight chance?:)

Without having a better manual than the pdf posted I can't say, as there are no references to BIOS setup.
