Sometimes TKs deserve a punish, sometimes being the key word. I very rarely punish, because there are very feew cases that deserve it. I punnish for intentional TKs and nothing else - not vehicle crashes, not friendly fire during a firefight, and certainly not my own stupidity like walking into a claymore.
