Tank Stealer's + Point Farmers

I haven't bitched about the game on a forum before, to my squad members yea but not here.

I thought the whole stealing of Tanks while repairing was over after 5 months of the game being played, yet this happened to me 3 times on Wake when i was playing in the last 4hrs.....Its just so god damn annoying!!!!!! Cant they see someone repairing THIER in take at the time?? And then my clan members including myself join a squad to be told not to pilot a chopper by the squad leader cause the enemy cant lock onto you that way, he prefers to farm by sitting on the ground in a chopper to get kills, he even said this! Then chose to abuse, which is nuthing new. I just dont understand how ppl play with this mind set, and why people have to be so stupid and not play with their eyes open.

Sorry but like i said this is my first cry about any thing game related.

thats what the radar is for on your screen. you know where you can see your teammates. i use it all the time when repairing a tank. never know when some smacktard is gonna come along and try to jack you while you are repairing.


samw thing when im defending a base in a vehicle and im on the gun. i will get into the drivers seat so they wont just drive off while im attempting to defend the base.the reason i jump into the drivers seat cause its ompossible to get a good shoit when someone is driving.
normally most people dont like to defend so they wont sit in the gunners seat to long with you not moving.

Yea good point, but im always looking for enemy that will come up behind me and shoot me then steal my tank, thats legit...but yea always looking for enemy.....thanks for the pointer though ill try this next time......and i have also had guys steal buggies while defending, you also have a good point in saying people dislike defending.

Must have been a pretty ****ty server, if any chopper lands, i kill it with in seconds with the plane machine gun, so it doesn't matter if i can lock on or not.

Yup, gotta watch the mini map the whole time, anyone gets remotely close then back in you go. Also put the tank between you and the bad guys for cover while repairing with the main gun pointing towards trouble.

You get out and go behind looking over the body down the side of the turret. Mini map shows you if teammates come close and if you see a bad guy or get hit by someone just hop back in.

When I'm 2nd seat gunning on a tank and not engy and the driver hops out to repair, I take the main gun til it's repaired then hop out for the other guy to get back into 'his' tank.

I think alot of people are suprised when I give it back to the original owner and better to be on the main gun/mg than exposed in the hatchway while the driver repairs.

well, a trick i use is that i go on top of my tank and repiar, like this, if they take it.....well nevermind...
