Where exactly is the level folder? I go into mods and then bf2 and there is no levels folder, only a cache folder. Do I have to create a levels folder?Comment

Your trying to put it in the wrong folder.
Go: C:\Program files\EA games\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\levels
That is where it is on my comp, yours might be slightly different. But you need to extract into C:\ drive bit, not my documents.Comment
