Script for Auto-Kick

I am looking for a Script that auto-kicks players if they don't join a squad in xx secconds (let's say 60 seconds)
I want to implement this script on my server and i need some help.

1. tell me where i can find such a script
2. maybe some step by step instructions on how to implement it on the server

Just so you know, personally I think its a bad idea. This forces people to be in squads but if they are like me (snipe a lot) then you don't want to be in a squad because 1) If you're leading they spawn on you and give your position away and 2)If you're not leading chances are you're not with the squad and not helping.
