Had the bets commander last night

Was playing on Tactical Gamers server 1 form about 8pm last night and was on the opposite team to American. i was squad leader and we had the best commander I have come accross, he constantly talked to you and told you where snipers are, where troops are where tanks are etc. he left you to you own organising of squad picking wher you want to go.

It was brilliant, the best commander I have come acctoss. i forgot his name but he spoke with a foreign accent (possible german or deutch).

my commander last night was way better. he was doing sooooooo good that the admin wanted to boot him and people started mutinies. he was doing hella aerial acrobatics, i wish i could be half as good as him.

But still usually all you need to do to get a good commander is to be a good squad... Just.. Follow orders!

I know exactly what you mean. I'm frequent in the the Tactical Gamers server, they definately have some of the best, cooperative, and intelligent players in that server when it comes to commanding or being a simple foot soldier.

I had a good game last night but I did some silly mistakes because I had a little too much to drink and smoke.
I know it isn't legal and most wouldn't agree with me but if you want the most realism out of BF- have a bit of weed. My god, it was like I was in the game, got well in to it. I was even looking behine my back at one stage LOL :laugh:

And no I don't think i am hard smoking or whatever comments are about to come back.

i know exactly what you mean about being in the game after a smoke. the combination of the graphics and the amazing sound effects REALLY makes you feel like you are in a war. i always get chills when i hear jets flying overhead, like the kind you get when you hear a great song. BF2 is just an amazing game to play when you are inebriated.

i know exactly what you mean about being in the game after a smoke. the combination of the graphics and the amazing sound effects REALLY makes you feel like you are in a war. i always get chills when i hear jets flying overhead, like the kind you get when you hear a great song. BF2 is just an amazing game to play when you are inebriated.

i had a crappy commander, i was squad leader and this commander would send me orders to attack a base on the other side of the map instead of telling me to defend the base im currently trying to recapture.

Acrobatics??? Was he Commander or Jet Pilot? I've never seen a Commander worth a cr@p who was in an aircraft.

Dude, are you smoking now because your writing skills suck. The reason you were looking over your shoulder didn't have anything to do with the game. It's called paranoia and it comes with the spliff effect. :laugh:

That is not good, that is a perfect example of what a commander SHOULD NOT do. When you are commander, you do not get in helis or planes. If you are quick on the commander screen then you can drive a tank (Iffy). Otherwise you should just hide in a corner of a room and help your men out via the sat screen.
