    Zoomed Shooting Is Unsteady?

    Hi all,

I've been searching on a couple of different BF2 forums including this one and BF2S.com and I can't seem to find a solution to my problem... here it is:

When I zoom in with any weapon, whether it's the G36 or M24, the crosshairs move in a blockey fashion, almost like it's jumping from huge pixel to huge pixel. I think it's something with my mouse settings because my graphics settings are pretty high and my resolution is 1280 x 1024 x 85 Hz.

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

Right now I have two of them hooked up. I have an old school Intellimouse optical USB and then a wireless intellimouse explorer 2.0. I thought it might've been the wireless mouse, which is why I hooked up the corded mouse, but maybe there's a conflict...

If your ingame Options>Controls>Common Controls>Mouse Sensitivity is set too high it can do this. I have a Logitech 1600 DPI mouse, I turned my ingame sensitivity down to 1 and get pinpoint accuracy.

It's set around 4, so I don't think that is the prob... can't you adjust the sensativity on a logitech mouse literally on the mouse? that's pretty tight... maybe i should look into a new mouse, but I still want to explore other options, ya know?

            OUCH.

I had a maximum of 2.80 when I had wireless (way too heavy from the batteries, had to turn it up)

But I went wired and have it all the way down to 1.2.

Try turning it down a little bit, see if you can coupe with the change.

lower the sensitivity as low as you can stand it.

For me, i like to not move my mouse 10 inches across my pad, so i raise the sensitivty/speed, but make less movement of my hand.

It's all personal preference. You may be used to moving a lot with your mouse, so, everyone will be different.
