USS Essex: BF2 Comic genius!

does anyone else think that the noise that the uss essex minigun makes as you move the barrel around and aim sound incredibly hilarious? it sounds like it's broken and has a nasty cold or something! i rotfl everytime i get in the gun and hear that sound. seeing the gun in action is hilarious too cause it looks so odd. i bust out laughing even when an idiot on my team decides to peck at my health when i'm in a chopper. the other day i was on gulf of oman flying around in my mig and i spotted a victim in the minigun so i started gunning him down and as soon as the first bullet hits, the dude paniced and started doing full 360's really fast while shooting everywhere to get me!

The Essex Gun sounds just like the BH gun do you think thats "hilarious" as well?

The Essex Gun sounds just like the BH gun do you think thats "hilarious" as well?

dude, i do have it set on high quality and i am not talking about the damn sound of the gun firing (it doesn't sound the same as the BH gun btw). i mean when you move the gun around it makes a "hilarious" mechanical sound (like when you rotate the barrel of the APC or tank guns), sounds like the damn thing is broken, and yes i do smoke a little too much of the good stuff.... i still have the memories of teamkill pwnage with the essex from the gulf of omah demo days stuck firmly in my mind also so the gun always makes me crack up whenever i or someone else uses it.

I know what you mean bitvomit, the sound doesn't really go with the guns (not that I actually know, but I'm just guessing what big guns like that would sound like)... Also I think it used to sound different before one of the patches...
