If play BF2 and during the middle of the game, you have to go somewhere, and you dont have time to finish the game, so you have to disconnect, does this count on your record for a WIN or LOSS, or does it not count.

It doesn't count for anything. The wins/loses don't get counted until the end of a round I believe.

Depends on what team you were on when you disconected. If you team wins you get a win, if your team loses you get a loss.

Incomplete means you got to the round late or left early.

Yeah well if you think of it if you disconnect form a server and come back your score will be the same. Say you log in and run around for a bit and get disconnected. You will be saved until the end of the round with a 0-0-0-1 score and logged as a win or loss.
