    Artillery still in SF :(

I was Watching a SF vid and i noticed that there is still a commmander and he still has artillery ,
I just was hoping this version was going to get away from the jet, helo, arty whores, but artillery still a part of SF . Is artillery a part of special forces??(stealth tactic u suppose ) .
I was just in the hope that this mod would leave it down to rifle and gun play but when your hiding down comes Arty

Anyone else think it would be better without it?

          i totaly agree

i thought the whole purpose of special forces was stealth and ground combat, but when you still have scans uav and artillery it kind of defeats the object...

i was really looking forward to not having the artillery raining down every 2 minutes.

I think scans and real-time uavs are a bigger drag. how about 1 scan a round and uav would pick up some of the contacts other than the human fkn radar its now

I don't understand the complaining about scans, uav and artillery. Spec Ops people use scans and uav to sneak into places. Not to mention it is a staple in BF2 and the complaints are minimal there. I really don't see a reason to pull the commander out. If you take all of his gadgets away what point is the position?

I'm sick of all the cs kids coming over to BF2 and whining about how it isent like cs and how it should be made more like cs.

Oh and don't forget when your using all your amsing stealth tatics you will come up one the radar of the enemy because of the UAV, and don't worry if the commander isn't that good he will have the scan fuction so he doesn't even have look for you, you will come up as a big read dot, and after that he can just fire his perfectly accurate arrtilery on your head, or a chopper will turn up and kick your ass and as there are no vehicles you will be ****ed, because the pathetic new features like tier gas arn't going to help you again an artillery strike.

This is why we have Spec Ops who blow up the Commander's assets and keep them down.
