PSP Games on Stick...

Hi Guys,
I have converted my WipeOut Pure game into BIN image file on the PC because I'm told it will run quicker if its loaded onto my Duo Stick. Can someone please tell me how make it work? Detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated. Could we possibly have them as a sticky?

im not sure but i think it doesnt work if you have a psp version higher than 1.50

Can anyone confirm this? But then again why would there be a games folder when you format if you aren't allowed to do it? Plus when you navigate the games menu you there a memstick option.

I'm guessing that the "GAME" folder on the stick is not specifically for GAMES, but for any apps that are released that are not subject to copyright. Sony are tight assed b******* and will try everything to stop you running anything they dont want you too, so I cant see this being much use.

You need 1.5 to be able to run homebrew. If you have 2.0 you can downgrade your psp but you may not be able to play some new game's, like GTA which make you upgrade. Just do a google search on how to downgrade your psp.

Be very careful about downgrading. There are some viruses hidden in downgraders that stop your PSP booting. And as you have downgraded the firmware, Sony says its your fault & wont repair it. (It may just be a rumour started by Sony, but then again it may be real).

Never heard of that but someone did get a trojan while browsing the net on a psp. But just search for it on a psp fan site and you will find a link to where to get the file's for downgrading and the instructions, and make sure you follow the instructions to the letter or you may mess your psp up.
