CTD at the end of rounds (not all)

i still ctd at the end of some rounds. Its like you can play 4 rounds or something and then bam back to desktop. And it doesnt matter if a map ends and loading a new map or the round restarts. Even somtimes i can play 10 rounds.

what i''ve tried already, update/downgrade of gfx/mobo drivers. setting affinity to only 1 cpu

a8n-sli premium
amd x2 4400

Have you updated punkbuster?

yep i did update punkbuster.

Also i'm running XP64bit edition, maybe thats the problem but i dont like to switch back to the 32bit edition (64bit is so damn fast)
