Have EA Changed the ranking points?

Hi, wonder if anyone out there can shed some light on a problem i am having. At the weekend i set up a new player to use when playing with certain friends. Last night i got it to a global score of 545 points. From what i can tell i should now be a lance corporal but my rating is still at first class private. My ratings bar in the game is only 75% the way across, looks like its heading for the 800 point mark before moving me up a rank (corporal?). I'm not really bothered about the ranking on this player but it makes me wonder if anyone else has had this problem? This new user name is Chris_Waddle. As i just said the ranking isn't of importance but the fact that i'm not going to get unlocks is.
According to http://BF2S.com/ i have made the 100% requirement for lance corporal but i'm still a first class private.
Any ideas how i can sort this out?

It doesn't instantly promote you, sometimes the stats server is a bit slow. Try logging in now and seeing if it gives you the promotion/unlock, as you said you did it last night.

Sometimes all it takes is a logout/login, other times you'll just have to wait a bit. :)

I had to wait about an hour or 2 for it to promote me after the patch.

Dont leave the server where you got promoted until it shows on BFHQ thats what i had to do

it takes about 1-2 hours to upadte ur acc

Well i've logged back in, now around 20hrs since i last played and i'm still a first class private.
According to http://bf2s.com/ my profile will update in around an hour. Will check again tomorrow to see if it updates.
