How to spectate on server restart ?

Well i searched the forum, nothing comed up. I know when you die you can spectate. But if server is restarted, and you DO NOT spawn, is there a way to spectate the match ?

Not unless freecam is enabled server side afaik.
Not entirely sure though.

Nothing wrong, but as a cup admin, that would not be nice from me :)
