I have managed to get all my Vet combat badges and a few expert combat so far, just got my vet AT badge yesterday, now i need to get 34 mins on a map for my next medal the marksman infantry medal, I'm going to look for a 64 player map with only afew players on for that :)

I played sniper just for 15 hours, and that was mosty while i was commanding.

yes, u need 100 hrs for the expert badge

You dont need 40 kills with a sniper rifle...

well here's my update: tonight I got the expert sniper badge! woohoo. the 100hrs finally arrived and I got it with 2 mins left on the clock of the battle i was in. The wife, as expected, doesnt understand the importance of this event, as has a facial reaction of "I dont give a fu*k", so I needed to share it here with some guys who understand!

the most IAR kills as a sniper i've got so far is 61.... in a jet.

I had never played BF type games before and the FIRST kit I really tried after figuring out how to spawn and switch kits was the sniper kit. I thought it totally sucked ass cause i couldn't do anything with it.

However, I just, in the past week, started to play with it again and it can be pretty fun. . .I love seeing guys thinking they are all sneaky and then *WHAM!* I nail em down in one shot. . . or unloading on a group of people and then a half a minute later seeing "you got a kill damage assist." or whatever it is. Good times. :)

....lol that is hiliarious man...i know exactly how you feel!! My wife tells me i look like an absolute moron just sitting there in a corner with a cold beer and yelling into my mic.....they just don't understand!!

hehe, maybe we should start a group of guys who need shelter from abusive wives when it comes to bf2! I wonder how many women play the game- are we all just guys??

Yep, I've also done that. It was on Sharqi and I only used the sniper, nothing else. And I was actually running around just like a regular infantry soldier. I was pretty happy as well :)
