In the interest that this may be a real issue you are experiencing I'll move this to client support, if it however is just another excuse to have a bash at EA I'll close it.

of course it's a real issue. i wouldn't goto all that trouble photoshopping a pic of the ruined unlocks window for nothing. i can't get my unlock. yea, i must NOT have a legitimate reason to bash EA....

I was gonna help you since its an easy fix. But since the attitude seems disrespectful you kind of blew it. You're on your own this time bud. Come back with a better attitude and I might help you. He is just doing his job.
