EA Downloader - Countdown Wrong

Has anyone else here actually used the EA downloader to download BF2:SF prior to the release date.


If you have you most likely noticed the "countdown" to the release time/date. And hopefull you noticed its wrong.

Mine is currently telling me that the release will happen about 1:00 EST on Thanksgiving (the 24th,) not the 22nd at 1:00 EST. I've found a couple other people who are seeing the same thing I am, what I want to know is:

Are you?


And furthermore, EA is going to have some serious problems if the people who opted for this service of theirs don't get to play until 2 days later then Advertised.

Just as a note, I'm in Montana in the United States so my counter should be showing me release for the US.

I have the same concern.. I bought and downloaded BF2 Special Forces with the EA downloader. It is counting down wrong for the U.S. release. Mine says it will be rady to install on November 24th 2005. I think I should have just bought the disk when it comes out. Oh well....
