There are destructible environments, well according to EA there is, they class an environment as a fence.
Civilain vehicles were taken out because they wanted to rip you off and make you play for SF which is ****.

There obviously isnt any/or alot of destuctible enviroments. My helicopter crashed into a freaking power line and crashed. Hell one time i was driving an Apc thorugh water , hit a rock and the APC exploded ...

Maybe their idea of destructable enviroments is the exploding barrels

Ever tried the Tank+Stop Sign Combo? It's lovely.

They still have that "Battlefield TV" thing on the official BF2 EA site, so they might be putting it in a later patch or with SF.

And I remember reading that you would be able to shoot through softer objects like wood or sandbags, suposedly its a feature in SF now. Lets hope that they atleast leave it in SF.
