let me tell you folks..

Battlefront II is the REAL BF2

Im not usually a sci-fi type person.. I would have rather played
a real war simulation had one been released in 2005 (No, Battlefield 2
doesnt count, its a piece of unfinished garbage.)

But, Battlefront II delivers bigtime! SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE
than Battlefield 2 could ever hope to be.

I demanded a refund for Battlefield 2 at my local EB games, the young kid
behind the counter obliged, and even admitted he thought Battlefield 2
was a piece of junk.. I then prompty handed him the money back
and bought Battlefront II.. After playing it last night for several
hours.. its fun as hell. and the best part of all... NO LITTLE MORON
KIDDIES all over the place fighting each other, tk'ing etc.

while battlefront 2 is faster, and has its fun aspects....its like comparing apples to oranges. If you were to compare, it is my opinion that battlefield is much better. (I have both games)

Game is useless without players. Players makes the game a game. Otherwise its a program.

speaking of unfinished, Battlefront II is real unfinished.

Look, There is one offical map that has a skybox error, and there is only one class that's good at killing anything: assualt.

It's incredibly boring after awhile

Just as a point of interest...
If you think that EA doesn't care about it's on-line community, you're likely in for a shocker with LucasArts.

Jedi Knight II's on-line play was totally destroied by cheaters, script kiddies, and various flavors of 'tard. The refused to release a patch that would resolve these issues. "Go by Jedi Acadamy", seemed to be the line. 2 patches are all that were ever released.

JA came out and suffered from the same thing. Again, there were no attempt to counter the cheaters.

Battle Front had some very serious issues. It was badly supported in post-released. Company attitude was "wait for, then buy Battle Front 2".

Now I have some issues with buying anything Lucas puts out that isn't single player.
