I've looked around but seen no mention of a single player mode (vs. bots) in Special Forces. While I understand the focus of BF2 is online play, I got a lot of fun from the (admittedly very limited) single-player mode over the summer when I didn't have a net connection to my gaming PC. It helped me learn the maps, guns, style of play and so on, and it's fun to wipe the floor with bots.
I'd be disappointed if it wasn't in SF. Doesn't anyone know if it is or not? Once again, over xmas I won't have a net connection to my comp and it would be nice to play it offline to get to grips with the new maps, guns etc. and to kill some bots. Not asking for much, just the simple 16-player SP mode that was in BF2.
I await the answer with anticipation. :p
