Anyone else's 'Progress Bar' not working??

ever since 1.03 came out, my 'Progress To Next Rank' bar isn't working, its been zero'd out since 1.03, and i've gotten a lot of points since then and it still isn't moving.....

old question. use search next time
but it is a glitch and it wont start working again until you get promoted again. after the last promotion you got.(the ones where when you got 1 point it would promote you until it was right with the new patch config.)so say the string of promotions got you to GSgt. and than you had to earn 4000 points to get to 1stSgt. once you hit 1stSgt. it should start working. i am yet to find out because i have 20000 points to my next rank Sgt.Maj. but from what i have heard that is how it happens. hope it helps. and again, next time just use the search button first. just a tip since your new here. because alot of people get mad when people post the same stuff over and over again.
