Server/Teamplay

I was wondering if anyone here knows the IP and port for any servers that they have had a good team play expierance, preferably on a consistant basis. I usually just select random servers and I've been having a terrible time finding a game where the commander and squad leaders actually do their jobs. I understand that trying to find a good game is like searching for a needle in a haystack, but with all the players on these these boards I'm sure a few of you have a list of favorite servers where it seems team players like to frequent.

I am personally a team player with out a team, but I do not have the time to join a clan....and I hate the thought of being stuck as a lone wolf for my BF2 career.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions that anyone might have.

Old Goat Gamers are a clan that seems to run a fair and balanced server. Also the OBC (Old Bastards Clan) is one that many of our friends enjoy playing on. Sorry, don't have their server addresses handy, but these are their webpages. Note, I'm not a member of either one of these clans, never actually played on the OGG server, but most of our RWS guys enjoy playing on OBC.

We have pretty good teamplay on our server. Look for us on our Ventrilo server in the BF2 channel!
