I can't get to my next rank.

I've logged out and back in 5 times. I've rebooted the game twice, my PC once and nothing has changed... The FAQ says that I should have gained my rank of Segeant at 2500 points and clearly I have that and more. I never recieved my rank in game and havn't got the congratulations or option to unlock a new weapon... Somethings going on. :\

The game plays fine and nothings out of the ordinary. I just want my PKM...

Any ideas are appreciated, i'm sure it's a simple fix.

i had this prob b4, i had 2564 points all i had to do was get 1 more point and it instantly promoted me.

This prob as been around for ages, EA cant fix it or won't try.
I got no idea what to do, just might take time

Was recently promoted to Staff Sergeant at 5000 points. Reached the points level on Friday night but it took until Sunday for the stats tracker to catch up. Once that occurred, the next kill I got (at over 5100 points) gave me the in-game promotion. So, the key is to give the stats tracker time to catch up and THEN get a kill in a multiplayer game. Should work for you too. :)
