bf2 Online prob? plz help

right this has only just happend ok.. when i go on to a server online as soon as i get in the server everthing freezes the mouse and all the keys freeze i cant push ESC to get back to the menu or anything but everything is still going on in the background i playing playing it before this happended and it was fine it just...happened, but when i go on singla player it is fine i have tryed restarting my pc, uninstalling bf2 and reinstalling....i have no idea what so ever has caused this can any 1 help me plzzz

Try going into BF2 -> Options -> Controls and apply the default settings, that usually fixes this.
