Realism Servers????

Hi everybody,

I'm relatively new to BF2 and I'm finding it tough locating a server that enforces "realism" game play. Most of the servers I join are heavily populated by bunnyhopping/dolphin diving/c4 suicide ramming/grenade launching/transport stealing/helichoper and jet kamkizeeing players.

Please don't flame in here about playing the game for what it is. It's not needed!

There has to more then just myself out there that would like to play BF with some realism. It's fine that people playing the way they want. I've learned to detail with it. But is there a server out there that frowns apon this stuff? If there is then PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.

And yes, I did a search already and wasn't able to find anything useful.

Will anarchy work? Some people want anarchy but there are always those who will ruin it by trying to overrule others. Same with this realsim. The servers cannot control those who come in and don't take it seriously. Your only way is by joining a clan, then going into a locked clan server and playing there.

Download the Project Reality minimod. The community is growing fast and the gaming seems to be right down your alley.

The minimod basically changes alot of aspects of BF2 to be promote a more authentic experience. It doesn't mimic reality, since that is impossible... but it comes pretty close

Also, the mod itself is still in production (will have new weapons, vehicles, armies, etc). They gave us the minimod to keep us happy for a while

keep in mind that these are UNRANKED servers... so, if you are interested in realism, without the point totaling, those guys are kicking butt over there - they have an awesome mod...
