"Same Version Only" filter not working?

Can anyone confirm that the "Same Version Only" internet server filter check box actually works? I was playing Mashtur city lastnight and the USMC was BH whoring like always used to happen with the 1.2 version. Could the server have been running version 1.2 eventhough I was running 1.3?

I have to admit that I'm not 100% sure that the passengers in the BH were not jumping out to cap the flag then jumping back in. I never got close enough to actully see that, because by the time I realized they were at a CP, and I started to get over to it, they had capped it and moved on.

If the server was running 1.2 then you wouldn't have been able to connect.

Fliter works for me son. Maybe you found a cover up by those damn FBI fools.... sloppy work on their end always lol.

dont feel bad, a lot of the filters don't work. Or they do work, but don't work the next time. For me, its the populated and Not full filters. If it turn either on, no servers will show up
