Where have you had you best battles?

and people ask why does everyone always play on karkand... because every other map you either get owned by some pilot who dumps a bucket of krazy glue in the seat of his jet or some jackass takes the jeep on fushepass and lets you have a nice stroll through the level to enjoy the scenery only to get wasted when you just got a neutralize point it took you ten minutes to get to...

for me the highlight of bf2 is becoming the firefight at the bridge in karkand

I love the battles that form between the airfield and the Beach on Wake or between the two north points.

Karkand is great at the bridge and at the two southern points. . . I love those battles.

Battles at the Surveillance Point on Sharqi and good fights in the TV station. On mastur I love storming Mosque. . . or to the Backyard from the Mosque.

or the hill point on Mashtur, especially when the team holding it is low on flags to begin with.... Taking the TV station from the US on Sharqi, and then defending it can be hella fun..

Don't remember the server, but 5-6 of us were in one on Sunday that ended up being split by the teams 3-0 and 1-0, on Sharqi :)

Best battle was at the Warehouse on Karkand. USMC took that flag and he had a long battle to get it back.

Sharqi is where it typically happens between surveillence and the entrance.

Had a great battle in Zatar Wetlands yesterday.....endless US armor rolling into town, we would beat them back get back into defence and here they would come again. It was brutal..

To mention a map bedsides Karkand, sharqi and Mashtuur, i love to try to capture and then defend the US main base on Songhua Stalemate (think its called the Fish Factory). Usually some good battles there as the USMC wants it back at all costs:evil:

For some reason the Warehouse on Karkand has prompted some amazing battles as of late. Good times, good times!! I am not a fan of the Karkand map - but there are some good fights on there.

My favorite is Kubra Dam and Dragon Valley though - awesome awesome long ass battles in the valley and at the dam.

The famous 'Karkand bridge battle' gets my vote. I've only even been in two, but it's simply so much fun. Most people are together and you then really start to see the teamwork, with support and medics rushing around and everything. Feels very intense and enjoyable, and (with any luck) just the kind of thing you'd see more often if the 'supply lines' mode was made.

cqb on karkland rules over all - in that map, not a plane to be had, not a heli to be found...just pure, unadulterated pounding and tactics. the flag changing and death counts are high, but the intensity is solid.

the best battles in my opinion take place at Karakand no questions asked. Not just the bridge, it gets intense everywhere on that map. My fav. for sure.
