    DEFINATLEY the GTO2. It has a 100% success rate of being modded to an 850XT PE.

          Because you could get a 7800GTX which the 1800XT only shows marginal improvement over in some games, and fares considerably worse in others, for a much better price

                        I would adivse getting a decent PCI-E MoBo, then waiting to see what new cards come out, and THEN making your decision.

                              My brother has a 6600 PCI-e and he can run BF2 all on high, he has a 3700 CPU though.
