Why I am getting an error saying that I have a invalid cd key, when I have a legit one, I just played yesterday and I do not cheat.

i think it is a known bug

Run the reg code .exe in the support subfolder.

Man..I can't believe this bug make it through

Try using a different "window's user account". That's worked for me.

Support told me to reinstall 1.03 so thats what I am doing it now :hmm:. It screws up my bf2 sometimes when i use different accounts, like the screen will turn off, turn on, turn off, than close bf2.

The important thing is that you need to run BF2 using the same account you installed the patch with. The patch encrypts the CD key in the registry and the encryption is tied to the account.
