No. I haven't seen it work in reverse. Then again, it would be harder to notice since blue = DON'T SHOOT, so you tend to just ignore them.

Now I'm confused. You just added one hyphen, fixed a space typo and capitalized one letter. Now you say you have an understandable statment?
First of all; how did you manage to correct the original question when it wasn't understandable?
Second; what is statment?
Third; the original question ended with 3 question marks, why didn't you correct that?
Forth: are you Canadian?

On-topic:
I have once experienced an enemy with blue nametag on Sharqi Peninsula. He also appeared on the mini-map, so I followed him around for a while and finally eliminated him in the correct manner.

Edit: Just checked wargimp's stats, and he is Canadian... This explains a lot, I think :rofl:
