Jump Height. Help required!

Hi, all ... I'm wanting to do a minor tweak to the soldiers' jump height and was wondering if someone could direct me to the relevant file(s) / lines to edit.

Unfortunately, I'm not terribly familiar with the game's code, so any help would be greatly appreciated ...
