Hi,
I was thinking (let me finish) that bf2 should have a new feature which is that in a black hawk the passengers can absail down to the ground while the heli is still airborn black hawk down style also i think snipers should be able to like dig a little hole in the ground and go in it with camo netting beacuse snipers from long distance still stick out like a sore thumb. Feedback will be appreciated feel free to leave your own suggestions on this thread.

Hi alexitfc.

Not sure if you have been playing the game long, it seems like you have only just started judging by your comments.

There was an "absail" system from the Black Hawks, this was called the "zip lines". It was exactly like Black Hawk Down, but DICE the developers removed it from the game, I think because it either wasn't effective or fun enough.

As for the sniper idea, it's cool, but I don't think the game engine will allow deformation of the environment.

There actually called fast ropes and they are pointless as you can just parachute out of the chopper.
It is true that you can't destroy the environment so you couldn't dig holes, however on DCX they gave you bushes that you could deploy to hide in.

I would love fast ropes as it would look so much cooler than jumping 20 feet and pulling your chute.

Thanks for the feedback.

I have actually been playing the game for quite a while though, I also played Bf1942 + BF Vietnam.

I can appreciate that it may be pointless seeing as you can just parachute, but I'm just thinking bout how cool it'd look lol especially for the bf2 movie/film makers.

I like the idea of the deployable bushes, it would make it less easy to be seen on a hill.

fast ropes would be nice as long as you didnt get a TK everytime you shot down the rope and landed on a teammate..... getting TK's when my squad parachutes off a rooftop is getting old
