Windows xp home sp2 intel p4 3.2 1gig ram radeon 9800 xt tryed setting on all low and got the same problem as settings on all high here is screen shot

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I deleted the Ea games file in order to uninstall the game, but, it didnt uninstall everything! now i cant find the remaining files, and yes, i tried add or delete software, and it says that i deleted the uninstall configs. can you help me and tell me how to uninstall it flly so i can reinstall it??!! THNKS SO MUCH!
