You know...the one thing I notice about that screenshot is that is the rank progress bar is actually working there...why is it mine doesn't work? Or anyone elses?! Seriously, doesn't anyone find that odd??

I can explain that. No one's promotion bar works when they are progressing to the next rank after the 1.03 patch. However, once they get promoted, their promotion bar works again.

So say you were a Corporal, the patch comes and you quickly rank up to 1st Sergeant. You will either need to be promoted to Sergeant Major or Master Gunnery Sergeant to get your promotion bar working again.

Or maybe EA would release a needed hotfix to fix this bug.
