BINK Converter for Menu Background

Hey guys-

A while ago I followed some advice from a friend and removed all of the movies from BF2 (the EA/DICE adverts, the main Intro movie, and the background movies that play while you log in and while you're browing through the various options (BFHQ, Singleplayer...)) Anyways, I heard that someone had figured out how to create a CUSTOM background screen for the main menu back.

Now then, what I mean by the "main menu back" is the background for the menu that has the options for the previously mentioned BFHQ and Singleplayer and the such.

If anyone could tell me where a guide might be on how to do this, or in fact, just a good BINK converter so that I might create my own without a guide, I'd be much obliged.
