Ugh, www.battlelauncher.com Fraps is just the...noob...way of doing it. You can get a MUCH better result with BattleLauncher (really all BattleLauncher Is is a Windows Interface for BF2s demo.cmd thing)

It can render video out it High graphics with ZERO loss in framerate. Also you can render at ANY resolution you want in ANY codec you want/have.

u know batterecorder can u render it properly using med graps because when i go to play mine back using windows media player sometimes it plays but it is all fuzzy and other times it is saved but it is 0kb

Fraps is the easiest, especially in experiments with filming.
I use fraps, and I will show you how much it is not a noob program in december

Yes you record camera movements with Battlelauncher and then render them out in any resolution and you can change render settinga which will fix the problem you have with fuzziness and 0kb.
Fraps is good but its stupid to use it when you can get a MUCH better result with Battlelauncher. Sure its harder but its worth it. Fraps causes framerate issues with high GFX Battlelauncher doesnt. Battlelauncher allows you to record uncompressed footage or with ANY codec you want at ANY resolution. Yes Fraps is better for small or first time movies but that's all. If you want a proper professional movie use Battlelauncher.

Small or first time movies.. maybe..
i have 30 gigs of fraps footage so far for only 1:40 min of 4 min for my video..
Fraps lets me identify a problem without having to create a cam, then render that cam, and if i dont like something in the cam after i edit it, i will have to repeat the cam process all over again. This is only an issue for me since i actually spend weeks if not months on videos. (I do it in a complex way.. battlelauncher wont let me experiment with camera angles without restarting bf2 and make a new cam file. A very time consuming process.)

Btw, "Fraps causes framerate issues with high GFX" with what gfx card? and what settings?

when i use battlelauncher i go to render the movie but battlefield closes after i choose my divx does any 1 no wot is happning

Probably something wrong with your Divx, I don't get those problems, try another codec see if it works. Have you recorded camera though? You cant just load up a demo and render.

Sounds like you have a codec problem, have you tried other codecs? Try getting the latest version of Divx http://www.divx.com
