Please help!

Just got the game earlier today and cannot get it going.I click the icon too start it up and the screen just goes black for a few seconds than crashes back too the desktop....any idea what thats all about??

HAve you read any other threads? Like the sticky at the top of the page?

Do you know what type of cards and stuff you PC has ?
