19-21 heals are still alot. u are close dude. keep trying, i think u'll get it soon.
I also have had 23 in one round i was in a squad with 3 of my mates on karkand so i got most of the heals from them. Try to find a squad that is working together and has no medic much better chance of getting it.I sill dont have it yet tho.lol
